Click on this link for the current Weather Channel Heat Index Number.

Check the current Heat Index Number by clicking on the link above. The current temperature and the heat index number or the "Feels Like" number, which is the heat index. That is the number that you can compare to the Gwinnett County School guidelines. Mr. Magner knows these procedures, checks it, and adheres to it.
If it ever reaches the Black Flag the schools are notified and all practices stop.
