Create Your Band Account

Parkview High School Bands uses Membership Toolkit to manage your student’s band account. Rising 9th grade students (i.e., currently in 8th grade) must have an account set up for band.

Here’s how to create your Membership Toolkit account and update your information:

  1. Go to
  2. Click the Register/Login button
  3. Select “Create Account” and fill in the name, email, and password information.
  4. Click “verify my email” and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
  5. Once you have verified your email address, log in to finish the registration. Complete the Adult and Student Information forms.
  6. Complete the Information Form for your student, using the following:

Student Information

  • First Name/Last Name: This is your student’s name
  • Grade (Fall, Current School Year): Choose 8th (e.g., Fall, 2023 for the 2023-2024 school year)
  • Email address: This is your student’s personal email address—not their school email address (their school email address is blocked from receiving outside email)
  • Phone: Student’s phone number, if applicable
  • Student ID, Gender, T-Shirt Size: Provide
  • Marching Instrument: Choose your students anticipated marching instrument in Rome (French Horn’s march Mellophones; Euphonium’s march Baritones)
  • Marching Status: Students are highly encouraged to participate in marching band, choose either marching band percussion or marching band non-percussion (all brass and woodwind instruments) or color guard. Otherwise, choose concert band only. To march in Rome students must be in marching band percussion or non-percussion or color guard. DO NOT choose Concert Band Only.
  • Winter Status: N/A
  • Band Class
  • Concert Instrument: Choose your student’s current instrument
  • Jazz Band: No
  • Food Allergy: Provide if applicable
  • Leadership: No

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can invite other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.

If your student or any adults are planning to travel to Rome:

  • Once you’ve made your account please log-in and begin payments using the Student Trip Payment and Non-Marcher Trip Payment forms that will be available.
